USE:

There must be something or someone present in the Room to enable your donation. You may or may not be paid in return — instructions in the Room will let you know. If you're paid, the amount will depend on the rarity of your blood type. The more rare, the higher the spiff.

After losing blood you'll be weakened for a time, your dexterity will diminish, and your energy will be lowered. Until fully recovered, you won't be able to give more blood. You can't kill yourself through blood loss.
