withdraw

Purpose: transfer Dinars from your bank account to your inventory.

USE:

1. To make a withdrawal, you must be in the same room as a bank teller, or an automated teller machine. You don't need an ATM card or anything like that.

Note that the current implementation is abstract: there's just one general bank, everybody's accounts are the same, there's no interest, loans, etc. As we grow the game world we'll implement these features and more.
