USE:

Use ToggleBeepOnLogin to turn on or off a beep notification when a new player logs in.

The GUI provides a checkbox under the Game menu for turning Beep on Login off or on. The ToggleBeepOnLogin command is provided for MUD clients, although anyone of course is welcome to use it.

Because the command is enabled for "natural language" parsing, you can use all kinds of variations and still be understood. "Turn off beep on login", "turn beep on login off", "turn off beep on logins", "turn off beeps on login", "turn off beeps when login" "togglebeeponlogin false" and many others will all do fine.
