USE:

1. Use Still to keep as still as you can — either to avoid detection, or for some other purpose.

The Still command makes you marginally more difficult to hear; and, if you're already hidden, marginally more difficult to see.

While still your Dexterity is reduced to zero. This has the important consequence of allowing companions — or enemies — to Inject you, perhaps with an antidote, perhaps a poison.

Any command that implies movement of any kind will cause you to be no longer Still, as it will also cause you to be no longer hidden.

Because the command is enabled for "natural language" parsing, you can use several variations and still be understood. "Hold still", "keep still", "be still" and "still" will all do fine.
