TriadCity Customs

These are small cultural rituals which have evolved over time. Note there's no reward for performing these actions. They're simply considered polite — or have become widespread habit for some other reason.

— Players often leave food at the Fountain on Sanctuary Island. The most common is breadfruit, which grows on trees in the NorthWest Third. You'll often find piles of 20 or more breadfruit there, free to the taker.

— Bowing is considered a polite greeting throughout the City. Many residents will return Players' Bows, or initiate them. If someone Bows to you, it's customary to return the courtesy.

— Many higher-level Players will loan their eq kits for leveling to newbies just starting out.
