TriadCity's
Talking Client
now works correctly on Chrome.
The Talking Client is a super-simple user interface with just a single text field.
Type commands into the field, and TriadCity's output is read to you by the browser -
rather than the usual screen reader.
Our goal is to make TriadCity as accessible as possible for visually-impaired users,
whose conventional screen readers tend toward unhappiness with our conventional sighted clients.
Previous Chrome releases had problems with longer texts.
We had to break them into chunks, and the reader would sometimes freeze.
All now seems to be well, on both Mac and Windows.
Please note that if you set your
settings
to the "Blind-Friendly" variants,
the Talking Client will be your default.
