TriadCity's major thoroughfares have been enhanced to enable effortless movement under certain circumstances.

If you're moving down the thoroughfare - that is, from one contiguous thoroughfare Room to the next - your energy cost will be 0.

Naturally, there are some regional restrictions. The authorities in NorthEast are unwelcoming to Good-aligned characters, who'll incur the standard energy costs for movement there. Unsurprisingly, the good folks in the NorthWest Third have reciprocal opinions of the Evil-aligned.

One implication is that new characters not yet aligned, and all Neutral characters, can move for free around much of the City.

A "thoroughfare" is a major road such as Washington Street, MacArthur Boulevard, or the two Temple Roads in the Southern Third.
