The most simple banking commands are in: "balance", "deposit", and "withdraw".

These let you stash your cash in a safe place -- out of reach of, say, pickpockets. To use them you must be in a room containing an ATM, or a bank teller. No ATM card required.

Note this is a pretty feeble first implementation of what will grow up to be a richer banking implementation, including multiple competing banks and credit unions, different account types, interest, loans, and so on. As in all things Triad, we'll enhance these features iteratively as we move the code forward.
