Not really.

SmartMonsters writes for "smart grownups". TriadCity emphasizes adult themes, including sexuality, slavery, suicide, murder, racism, oppression, and many others. We encourage parents to exercise caution.

Additionally, TriadCity frequently references and often satirizes cultural themes many children might not have encountered. It seems unlikely to us that TriadCity would be an enjoyable experience for them.
