There should be a way to select myself as the author of this message, as opposed to my character names.

Raises a central philosophical question re the TC Alpha "experience": are we us, or are we characters? My personal two cents is: let's be characters, which would include our bbs posts. But, unlike Poobah I'm not the local dictatortot, so let's see what the other folks think as we open the game up to larger numbers of players. P.S., the workaround is to create a character to speak with your voice, such as "Mark", here, who represents me. --Mark

Could the BBS not be split into in character and out of character topics?
