Since the planned downtime, and moving of the computers, I find I am able to log in, and to post on the boards, but when I try to visit the City to play, all that appears for me is a blank gray screen with a black border when I input my access address and password. Anybody else had this?

If you haven't already done so, you might reboot your computer. Windoze seems to keep its own private cache of network addresses which, far as I can tell, never go away until you power the thing off. That's what I had to do, anyway, before I was able to get back in.
