    Subject: Learning Skills; Consider

This is a really tough skill to learn, I will suggest that anyone thinking about learning "consider", Wait till your higher in Your learn skill and make sure your intell is high as well. I used 30 practices and didn't learn it at level 5 with and intell of 13 and learn at level master. lol, reconsider "consider"

This is also true of the skills incapacitate and parry (at level 10).
Save up your practices rather than wasting them
