what kind of vanadium gear is there? I haven't seen any in the shops

I know of nose rings, earrings, face masks, rings and bracelets. Only wearables (that I know of), no weapons or other item types.

Any idea where to get the items?

The jewelry is worn by some of the mid/high level vampires in the Southern Third. The masks come from the underground bioweapons lab off one of the back alleys in the Southern Third, which also has some of the crazy great weapons and armor that sizzle with electricity.
