Though this is only a cosmetic aspect of the City, I feel its worth mentioning. While mapping I first noticed that the NW had blue recycling cans. Then saw that the southern third has red trash cans. Which stand out against the flame-blue grass. So I was surprised to see that the NE did not have its own color that 'complimented' its feel.

So I propose that the NE throws away its few Red Trash Cans in favor of yellow steal and rust ones. This of course, makes each third have its own primary color associated with it. That is, as I like to think of it, their 'secondary' color. Beyond white, gray and black.

Yeah, I like the idea of yellow trash cans. They remind me about toxic waste (what the most creatures here seem to be, poisoning the air with their breath). That would be the right place for those beggars and other trash!
