Law Clerks from the many firms in the Temple Bar neighborhood of NorthEast are said to be exceptionally skilled lightfingered liberators of whatever's in your inventory.

For the most part these formally-suited gentlemen have work to do, remaining in or near their firms most of the day. But, they do enjoy their leisure time roams around the City, being particularly fond of Virtual Vegas.
