The time it takes to regain energy and health has been decreased, by popular request. (The crowd goes wild!)

Health and energy regenerate twice as often now, and about 25% more effectively. We'll continue to tweak these values until we achieve consensus that they're well-balanced.

Also, hunger and thirst are a little bit less aggressive: you're less likely to become thirsty when you're just standing around.
