Healers should get some xp from attempts to diagnose illness, even if the character is healthy, and then more xp when they are sick and the illness is correctly diagnosed. The xp should be tied to the level, too, just like for thieves and peeking.

Maybe it would be possible to draw illness in chunks? Then healers would need to draw illness several times to make sure the patient is fully healed - but it would also help our self-preservation because even attempts to draw illness takes health levels way down. There are places where I'd prefer not to have Gwene pass out.
