FYI, it's possible for Healers to "Energize" NPCs. Several of us have been trying to determine which ones. So far we know about Black Plaza Shoppers; Bugsy; Peaches; Sylvan Archers; Custodians; Gardeners; Death Suckers; the hippy guy on Sanctuary Island. Maybe if you discover others you can note them in replies to this topic?

Note they don't always need it. But, sometimes they do.

I was able to energize the newbie whiner in the NE and some of the excited children on the pirate ship and in the playground.

I've never been able to energize non-human characters. Has anybody ever energized a dog or pigeon?
