It's easy to do. Refer a friend; when their character reaches level 3, you get your choice of the dinars or the exp. Click here for slightly more details than those.

Many of you have brought your friends to TriadCity already. We thank you indeed. Please badger Poobah, he's a soft touch and will probably let you have the perks retrospectively. :-)
