[Stoker]

Since the implementation of the Justice system, authorities have been seeing more and more criminals attempt to enter a plea of insanity. Considering the fact that there was no system in place to offer a reduced sentence on these terms, some officials began to take notice. Perhaps mental illness was a growing problem in the city. What could be done to combat it?

Luckily for all of us, a group of caring doctors from the NorthEast pooled their resources to begin construction of the city's first insane asylum. Lovingly referred to as The Asylum, upon completion it will be a long-tern care facility for the mentally ill, as well as provide research opportunities into the nature of these illness and perhaps one day offer cures.

Innovative constructions methods and a caring, well trained, and of course, well paid staff, promise to provide the very best care for the infirm that the NorthEast can supply!

This sounds very creepy, in a good way. Will it be ready soon? I heard it was pretty close, is that true?

Construction has been completed, we are now making sure that all staff are trained to perform their duties correctly.

Should be pretty soon now. We're aiming for latter this month, just need to work out all the kinks that are making some staff get lost.
